Account Manager – NetSuite (Customer Growth) Location: Collingwood, Melbourne
Reporting to: Sales Director
Experience Level: 3–8 years NetSuite consulting, solution architecture, or pre-sales Remuneration: Base Salary + Commission + Company Bonus Role Purpose The Account Manager is responsible for managing, developing, and growing OneKloudX’s NetSuite customer base. This role focuses on helping customers maximise the value of their NetSuite investment while identifying and delivering growth opportunities through additional modules, optimisation initiatives, and strategic advisory. The Account Manager plays a critical role in strengthening customer relationships, driving customer expansion, and supporting new customer acquisition through education-based engagement initiatives, including client and prospect Lunch & Learn sessions. This is a strategic, revenue-generating role with direct commission and bonus incentives. Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Ownership Own and manage a portfolio of NetSuite customers. Responsible for:
  • Customer relationship management
  • Customer retention and satisfaction
  • Account planning and growth strategy
  • Revenue growth across assigned accounts

Act as the primary commercial and strategic contact for customers. Customer Growth & Revenue Drive expansion revenue within existing customers by identifying and delivering opportunities including:
  • Additional NetSuite modules
  • Additional users
  • NetSuite optimisation and enhancement projects
  • Integrations with third-party systems
  • SuiteApps and partner solutions
  • Automation and process improvement initiatives

Proactively identify customer needs and position appropriate solutions. Lunch & Learn Program Ownership (Client & Prospect Engagement) Plan, coordinate, and deliver OneKloudX Lunch & Learn sessions for both customers and prospects. Responsibilities include:
  • Organising regular client Lunch & Learn sessions
  • Delivering educational NetSuite content
  • Demonstrating new NetSuite features and capabilities
  • Presenting NetSuite optimisation opportunities
  • Supporting prospect education and conversion
  • Identifying sales opportunities arising from these sessions

These sessions are a core part of OneKloudX’s customer growth and new business strategy. Strategic NetSuite Advisory Act as a trusted NetSuite advisor to customers. Help customers:
  • Improve operational efficiency
  • Automate manual processes
  • Scale their NetSuite platform
  • Adopt additional NetSuite functionality

Provide proactive recommendations aligned to customer growth. Solution Development Work with OneKloudX Solution Architects and Delivery Teams to:
  • Develop solution proposals
  • Define scope and commercial structure
  • Present solutions to customers
  • Support deal progression and closure

Customer Success Ownership Responsible for:
  • Customer retention
  • Customer growth
  • Customer satisfaction
  • Expansion revenue
