Job description RESPONSIBILITIES:· Maintain, adjust and repair electronic equipment such as business machines within the arcade· Maintain video, audio and electronic equipment and control systems including - CCTV, POS Systems, Security, Software, repair, and new install procedures.· Follows company policy and procedure at all times.· Ensures all OHS procedures, including Hazard, Incident & First Aid reporting, are adhered to.· Attends to all machine breaks promptly to rectify with minimal downtime.· Performs scheduled maintenance to ensure smooth running and operation of all equipment.· Responds to all troubleshooting requests promptly to assist managers in the venue.· Completes additional tasks as requested within the scope of the role.· Assists between various locations in the business and is able to respond to urgent calls and communications.· Ability to assess and problem-solve reported issues and provide solutions.· Completes installations of new arcade machines and removal of existing when required outside of venue trading hours.· Sources replacement parts when required to enable efficient repairs.· Has an understanding of arcade machines and bowling systems to efficiently repair breaks with minimal downtime or disruption to the business and guests.
