Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

Accurately handle and process a high volume of daily financial transactions, including rent payments, tenant deposits, and other payments.
Ensure precision in maintaining financial records and reconciling transactions daily.
Monitor accounts and perform reconciliations to maintain up-to-date and error-free financial data.
Support month-end closing activities with meticulous reconciliation of daily transactions.
Assist in budget preparation, financial forecasting, and cash flow analysis, informed by daily transaction data.
Communicate clearly with clients and tenants to resolve transaction-related queries and ensure timely payments.
Rigorously comply with industry regulations and internal financial policies, with a strong focus on accuracy.

What We’re Looking For

Background in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
Meticulous attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy—mistakes in transaction handling are unacceptable.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Strong numerical and analytical skills, particularly in managing daily financial transactions.
Excellent organizational abilities to handle high volumes of daily work efficiently and without errors.
A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Mandarin proficiency is required.
