Painting Trades Worker (Visa Sponsorship Available)We are currently seeking skilled and reliable Painting Trades Workers to join our growing team. About the RoleYou will be responsible for carrying out painting and surface preparation works across a range of projects, ensuring high-quality finishes and consistency in workmanship. The role requires attention to detail, efficiency on-site, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team-driven environment. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces through cleaning, sanding, patching, and priming
• Apply paints, coatings, and finishes using appropriate tools and techniques
• Ensure high standards of finish, consistency, and presentation across all works
• Interpret job specifications, drawings, and client requirements
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in line with WHS standards
• Assist with material handling, storage, and site organisation
• Work collaboratively with supervisors and other trades on-site

Requirements

• Certificate III in Painting and Decorating (essential)
• Additional trade qualifications or certifications are advantageous
• Previous experience in residential or commercial painting is preferred
• Strong understanding of surface preparation and finishing techniques
• Ability to work efficiently across multiple sites and project timelines
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude

Candidate Preference

• Onshore candidates in Australia are preferred
• Offshore candidates with substantial international trade experience are encouraged to apply
