As a Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, ensuring food safety standards are met, and delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. This role requires excellent team management skills and the ability to supervise kitchen staff effectively. Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook high-quality meals in accordance with established recipes and standards.
• Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient workflow.
• Maintain food safety and hygiene standards throughout all food preparation processes.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop seasonal menus that reflect current culinary trends.
• Monitor inventory levels, placing orders for supplies as necessary to maintain stock.
• Assist in training new kitchen staff on cooking techniques and safety protocols.
• Ensure that all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and cleaned regularly.
• Address any customer feedback or concerns promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within the hospitality or restaurant industry for three years.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, culinary arts, and food safety regulations.
• Experience in supervising kitchen staff and managing team dynamics effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, with a passion for helping others succeed in their roles.
