Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate front-of-house and/or food service staff
• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and service excellence
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company standards
• Train, mentor, and schedule staff members
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and service recovery professionally
• Support budgeting, cost control, and operational targets
• Collaborate with kitchen and management teams to maintain smooth operations

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Food Service Supervisor, Shift Leader, or Restaurant Manager
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good English communication skills
• Solid understanding of food service operations and customer service standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Willingness to work shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays
