Responsibilities- Assist clients with daily activities such as personal care, mobility, and domestic tasks
- Support individuals in attending appointments, social activities, and community events
- Promote independence by encouraging clients to perform tasks where possible
- Maintain accurate records of support provided and any changes in client needs
- Foster a safe and respectful environment for all clients
- Collaborate with team members and other health professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Follow care plans and organisational policies at all times
Qualifications- Previous experience in a support or care role is advantageous but not essential; full training will be provided
- Compassionate nature with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic organisational skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and schedules
- Valid DBS check or willingness to undergo one prior to employment
- A recognised qualification in health or social care is desirable but not mandatory
