• Assist clients with daily activities such as personal care, mobility, and domestic tasks
• Support individuals in attending appointments, social activities, and community events
• Promote independence by encouraging clients to perform tasks where possible
• Maintain accurate records of support provided and any changes in client needs
• Foster a safe and respectful environment for all clients
• Collaborate with team members and other health professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Follow care plans and organisational policies at all times

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a support or care role is advantageous but not essential; full training will be provided
• Compassionate nature with excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic organisational skills and attention to detail
• Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and schedules
• Valid DBS check or willingness to undergo one prior to employment
• A recognised qualification in health or social care is desirable but not mandatory
