Overview Bar Manager position available in a Hotel in Cumbria. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Bar Manager to lead our client’s dedicated team and deliver exceptional service to their valued customers.Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day operations of the bar, including inventory management, staff scheduling and customer service.
• Training, supervising and motivating bar staff to deliver top-notch service.
• Developing and implementing strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Assist with Restaurant service at busy times.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Bar Manager for a minimum of 3 years
• Hotel / Restaurant/ Pub experience
• English language proficiency
• Currently living in UK/Skilled Worker Visa
• Work Location:

• Driving Licence (preferred)
