Jr to Mid level Firmware / Embedded Software Engineer

North of Boston Contract to perm or Permanent Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Junior to Mid level Firmware/Embedded Software Engineer to help support a small growing company within an exciting R&D group.

This customer WILL sponsor OPT-EAD employees to receive an H1B Sponsorship. They will also sponsor H1B transfers.

Ideal Candidate Experience

• Commercial Firmware development experience that controls hardware
• Strong commercial development experience with C and/or C++
• Some ARM Cortex development experience
• Experience debugging Hardware
• Familiarity with Embedded Windows and/or Linux bases Operating Systems

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Electrical Engineering - some professional work experience needed
• 1-7 years of professional engineering experience in a commercial environment.
