As a Business Development Executive at LONDON SCHOOL OF TRAINING & EDUCATION LTD, you will play a key role in driving the company’s growth by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities. You will be responsible for expanding our client base, building strong partnerships, and promoting our educational consultancy services to institutions and businesses across the UK and internationally. This role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective business strategies to increase revenue and enhance market presence.Roles and Responsibilities:
- Market Research and Analysis: o Conduct comprehensive research to identify new market opportunities, emerging trends, and potential partnerships within the education consultancy sector.
- Analyse competitor strategies and market conditions to position the company for growth.
- Identify and reach out to prospective clients through various channels (networking, cold calling, email campaigns, etc.).
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of business prospects
- Business Strategy Development: o Work closely with senior management to create and execute effective business development strategies that align with the company’s overall growth objectives.
- Provide regular updates on business development activities, progress, and performance metrics.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and support to meet their educational consultancy needs.
- Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling services.
- Prepare detailed proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Lead contract negotiations and ensure mutually beneficial agreements are reached.
- Work closely with internal teams (consultants, trainers, etc.) to ensure the smooth delivery of services.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to promote the company and establish new connections.
- Meet or exceed set sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
- Provide detailed sales forecasts and reports to management, along with recommendations for further business development.
Skills and Qualifications- Proven experience in restaurant management or a related field.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and local health regulations.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
