Job Description:
Are you a Speech Pathologist who genuinely loves helping people build confidence, connection, communication and independence in their everyday lives? We are seeking for experienced Speech Pathologists to work with our clients in Queensland.  For qualified international applicants, our clients are ready to offer SID 482 visa sponsorship to relocate to Australia. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive communication, language, speech, voice, fluency and functional assessments to identify client needs and goals.
  • Develop individualized, evidence-based therapy plans tailored to each client's strengths, challenges and aspirations.
  • Deliver high-quality speech pathology interventions that promote meaningful and measurable outcomes.
  • Collaborate effectively with families, caregivers, schools, support coordinators and other stakeholders to ensure a holistic and coordinated approach to care.
  • Support clients in enhancing their communication skills, social participation, confidence, independence and overall quality of life.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, progress notes, reports and funding-related records in accordance with professional standards.
  • Work closely within a multidisciplinary allied health team to provide integrated, person-centered services and achieve optimal client outcomes.
  • Monitor client progress, evaluate intervention effectiveness and adapt therapy strategies as required to meet evolving needs.
  • Provide education, training, and practical strategies to families, carers, educators and support networks to facilitate ongoing development and success.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Speech Pathology from a recognized institution, or currently completing final-year studies with an expected graduation date at the end of 2026.
  • Current membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA), or eligibility to obtain membership upon graduation.
  • Previous experience in pediatric, community, disability, or allied health settings is advantageous but not essential.
  • Current driver’s license is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check), or willingness to obtain prior to commencement.
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (Yellow Card), or willingness to obtain prior to commencement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, families and key stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
  • Must meet all Australian Subclass 482 visa criteria, including the required English language proficiency
