Fleet Manager

Waheguru Holdings Limited is looking for the Fleet Manager to manage their dedicated fleet of commercial and residential deliveries. This position plays an essential role in maintaining operational excellence, ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting commercial performance across the Commercial and residential delivery network.Essential Duties

• You will manage day to day fleet activity, including lease agreements, unit movement.
• Managing repairs and maintenance, testing schedules and asset optimisation
• You will also manage supplier and customer agreements, ensuring service levels, pricing and compliance obligations are met
• Provide strategic guidance and coaching to deliver best-in-class service
• Direct workflow improvements to enhance team capacity and efficiency

What we are seeking:

• Proven people management skills with ability to lead and develop high-performing teams in Transport sector
• Skilled in implementing best practices to enhance customer experience and improve operational efficiency.
• Previous Team management experience
• NZ Driver Licence including class2 , F and D endoresement.
• Process-oriented with strong coordination skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree
• 1-2 years Transport sector experience
