Location: Brisbane, Australia (need to relocate to QLD)

- Project Design and Implementation:
- Lead the technical design, specification, and deployment of BESS solutions.
- Collaborate with manufacturers and clients to ensure seamless integration of systems.
- Oversee certification processes for BESS solutions, including residential battery systems for Clean Energy Council approval.
- Ensure all installations adhere to Australian safety and environmental standards.
- Collaborate with government and private enterprises to deliver tailored solutions.
- Provide technical expertise during client meetings and project discussions.
- Work closely with the GM and other team members to align technical and business objectives.
- Mentor junior engineers and technical staff.
Qualifications And Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in BESS design and implementation.
- Knowledge of Australian energy standards and certification processes.
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
