Begin date: 2/25/2026 Full Time: Yes Number of Workers Requested: 5 Job Duties: Employees will drive vans or vehicles to assist employer with the daily transportation of H-2A and corresponding employees. Driving will involve picking up workers from different housing sites and driving them to and from the daily assigned worksites. Process paperwork, take trips to the gas station, clean the vehicle, conduct daily maintenance checks and perform all work associated with the responsibility of driving. Assist the company to transport workers for the purchase of groceries, run company errands and assist the company to maintain and repair farm equipment, vehicles and agricultural machinery. The employer will provide all tools and equipment necessary to perform all required tasks at no cost to the worker. When drivers are not actively driving, they will join the crews of laborers and engage in various general labor tasks to further support the company's citrus harvesting operations. Communicate with other drivers and/or farm supervisors to receive information and directions for the crew. Assist supervisors with movement of crews to new field locations. Qualifying workers may operate specialized agricultural machinery after undergoing several hours of safety training and passing a hands-on driving exam. Qualifying workers must demonstrate willingness, knowledge and ability to operate agricultural machinery in a safe manner. Work is performed outdoors and can involve exposure to extreme temperatures, bright sunlight, windy or rainy conditions, mud and dust, low light or darkness and other natural elements. The work may entail exposure to plant pollens, insects, snakes, rodents, noxious plants and/or plant materials that have been treated with insect and/or disease control spray. The employer will be responsible for the cost of the driver's license, medical exam and registration as an FLCE driver.
