Physical Therapist

We are seeking Physical Therapists to join a growing team providing personalized, one-on-one physical therapy services, primarily focused on Geriatric House Calls™ in the community.

Responsibilities include delivering autonomous, clinically excellent interventions to improve patient outcomes and support functional independence. The role offers flexibility to create and adjust treatment schedules and involves working within an interdisciplinary team dedicated to functional goals.

Qualifications include a valid physical therapy license or eligibility, a degree from an accredited program, basic computer skills, and current CPR certification.
