We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to support our daily financial operations. Responsibilities- Bookkeeping & Financial Management: Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks; handle 1099/W-2 employee payroll process; reconcile bank and credit card accounts, balance sheets and general ledgers.- Revenue & Order Tracking: Record customer purchases and refunds; assist in deferred revenue calculation and reconciliation.- Audit & Compliance Support: Prepare documents for audit; support account tie-out and ensure records meet internal standards. Qualifications

• 2 years of accounting, finance, or bookkeeping experience
• Familiarity with QuickBooks Online or other accounting software
• Solid Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table)
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and eager to learn
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
