Role Overview:They are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Business Development Manager to lead growth strategies, expand market presence, and drive global sales. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated professional with proven sales success and leadership ability to make a significant impact with a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and develop new business opportunities across domestic and international markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and internal teams.
- Lead sales negotiations, manage contracts, and close deals.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and support production planning.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform growth strategies.
- Represent the client at trade shows, exhibitions, and international events.
- Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, setting KPIs and tracking performance.
- Mentor, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve targets.
- Drive development of new growth opportunities and product expansion.
Candidate Requirements:- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to negotiate high-value contracts.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
- A second language (such as French, Spanish, Arabic, or German) is highly desirable.
- Experience in the waste management, engineering, or manufacturing sector is a plus.
- Passionate, driven, and able to bring energy to the team.
