Head Pastry Chef to lead pastry production in our specialty artisan bakery. This role suits a hands-on leader with strong experience in laminated doughs, team management, and cost-efficient production.
Key Responsibilities- Lead daily production of croissants and laminated pastries
- Maintain quality, consistency, and presentation standards
- Manage kitchen workflow, staff efficiency, and training
- Control food costs, wastage, and inventory
- Support recipe development and menu innovation
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
Requirements- Minimum 4 years experience as a Pastry Chef
- Minimum 2 years experience in lamination
- Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or management role
- Strong leadership and team-training ability
- Experience in high-volume production environments
