Job description: We are seeking for a Case manager who has experience with EB3 visas. Provides a client service-based approach to businesses that require visa service for their employees. The case manager will have primary responsibility for working on immigration petitions, extensions, and others.
RESPONSIBILITIES - Collect and prepare all necessary documentation for various immigration applications with strict deadlines;
- Ensure that applications are free of mistakes and include all essential information required to meet regulations;
- Communicate on behalf of clients with State Workforce Agencies, Department of Labor, and the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services;
- Maintain accurate, complete, and confidential case files on company’s proprietary platform;
- Performs advanced case work with limited attorney supervision;
- Serves as a main point of contact for specific clients and regularly communicates regarding procedural and case processing issues;
- Maintains consistent lines of communication with other team members to ensure questions are answered and tasks are completed;
- And other tasks as requested/needed
Education - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
Requirement - 1-2 years of experience in immigration law
- Proficiency with office software including Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with employment-based immigration (including E-B3 PERM filings)
Skills - Superior organizational and time management skills including meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to handle highly confidential information with professionalism and integrity
- Must be able to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines

BENEFITS - 8 hour shift

- 5 days of personal time off (eligible upon successful completion of ninety (90) day assessment from date of hire.
