With a loyal client base and an outstanding reputation, we deliver a wide range of wellness, aesthetic, and medical cosmetic treatments.This October, we proudly celebrate our 11th anniversary alongside the exciting launch of our plastic surgery services – including hair transplants, rhinoplasty, and body surgeries – expanding our already comprehensive portfolio.To support this growth, we are seeking a Sales & Business Development Manager who can combine commercial drive with a luxury client experience. The ideal candidate is ambitious, persuasive, and commercially astute — able to hit and exceed revenue targets while maintaining the prestige and client trust that The Hampton Clinic is known for. Your Key Responsibilities
  • Take full ownership of sales and business development, driving clinic growth and confidently achieving ambitious revenue targets.
  • Expand the client base through proactive outreach, relationship building, and strategic business opportunities.
  • Convert leads into loyal clients, delivering high-value consultations and expertly closing sales.
  • Monitor sales metrics, client data, and performance insights to maximise results.
  • Partner with marketing to optimise campaigns, promotions, and events that generate quality leads.
  • Ensure every client receives a premium, personalised experience that matches our reputation for excellence.
  • Provide commercial insights to management, identifying opportunities for innovation, new services, and continued growth.

What We’re Looking For:
  • A proven sales achiever with a track record of hitting and exceeding targets.
  • Strong background in aesthetics, medical cosmetics, luxury retail, or hospitality.
  • Experience in business development and expanding pipelines within a competitive, high-value market.
  • Charismatic, persuasive, and confident in closing high-ticket sales.
  • Commercially sharp with a passion for spotting opportunities and driving growth.
  • Professional, polished, and client-focused, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and energised by success.

Additional skills that will be highly valued:
  • Qualified in medical cosmetic injectables.
  • Qualified in PRP and cannula use.
  • NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Beauty Therapy with 3+ years hands-on aesthetics experience.

What We Offer:
  • Competitive base salary starting from £30,000 (DOE).
  • Realistic OTE £55,000+, with high-value treatments (£1,000–£5,000).
