The ideal candidate is ambitious, persuasive, and commercially astute — able to hit and exceed revenue targets while maintaining the prestige and client trust that The Hampton Clinic is known for.
Your Key Responsibilities- Take full ownership of sales and business development, driving clinic growth and confidently achieving ambitious revenue targets.
- Expand the client base through proactive outreach, relationship building, and strategic business opportunities.
- Convert leads into loyal clients, delivering high-value consultations and expertly closing sales.
- Monitor sales metrics, client data, and performance insights to maximise results.
- Partner with marketing to optimise campaigns, promotions, and events that generate quality leads.
- Ensure every client receives a premium, personalised experience that matches our reputation for excellence.
- Provide commercial insights to management, identifying opportunities for innovation, new services, and continued growth.
What We’re Looking For:- A proven sales achiever with a track record of hitting and exceeding targets.
- Strong background in aesthetics, medical cosmetics, luxury retail, or hospitality.
- Experience in business development and expanding pipelines within a competitive, high-value market.
- Charismatic, persuasive, and confident in closing high-ticket sales.
- Commercially sharp with a passion for spotting opportunities and driving growth.
- Professional, polished, and client-focused, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Resilient, self-motivated, and energised by success.
Additional skills that will be highly valued:- Qualified in medical cosmetic injectables.
- Qualified in PRP and cannula use.
- NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Beauty Therapy with 3+ years hands-on aesthetics experience.
What We Offer:- Competitive base salary starting from £30,000 (DOE).
- Realistic OTE £55,000+, with high-value treatments (£1,000–£5,000).
