• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring the store meets its sales targets.
• Supervise and manage staff, providing guidance and support to enhance team performance.
• Communicate effectively with customers, addressing their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Implement merchandising strategies to maximise product visibility and sales.
• Maintain administrative tasks including inventory management, scheduling, and reporting.
• Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
• Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and high performance.
• Utilise phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries or complaints.

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail management or a supervisory role within a retail environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with customers and team members alike.
• Experience in team management, demonstrating the ability to motivate and lead a diverse group of individuals.
• Bilingual or multilingual skills are advantageous for enhancing customer interactions.
• Proficiency in administrative tasks related to retail operations.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organisational skills.
• Ability to sell products effectively while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
