ICT Support Technician

Title: Field Service Technician Occupation: ICT Support Technician (ANZSCO 313199) Salary: $76, 515 plus super Hours: Full time Employer: Entrust South Pacific Pty Ltd Location: Mulgrave VIC Experience Required: min 2 years in a relevant role Visa Sponsorship: Nomination for temporary work visa and/or Permanent Residency will be considered for eligible candidates. Duties : Some of the duties you will be required to perform include

• Improve customers’ satisfaction level.
• Build up regional expertise in all technical aspects (Internally and Partners and Customers)
• Ensure that support delivered to warranty products, contracted products & new products.
• To provide direct service (troubleshooting, installation, servicing, maintenance) to direct customer (in case of Orleans products).
• To draft service proposal or service solution associated with customer needs potentially.
