Job Summary:We are looking for a proactive and organized Project Coordinator to join our team in Edinburgh, Scotland.   • Coordinate daily project activities and support project delivery.
  • Assist with planning project schedules, timelines, and milestones.
  • Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates.
  • Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting notes.
  • Maintain project documentation and administrative records.
  • Track project tasks and follow up on outstanding actions.
  • Support resource planning and operational coordination.
  • Help identify and resolve project issues with the project team.
  • Ensure project information is accurate and up to date.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in project coordination, administration, customer service, operations, or a similar role is beneficial but not essential.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and computer systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
