Autobody Helper

Town Autobody is currently seeking a reliable and motivated Autobody Helper to support our collision repair team. This position is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in the autobody industry and work in a fast-paced shop environment.Primary Responsibilities:

• Disassemble vehicles by removing damaged panels, trim, lights, bumpers, and related components under the direction of a technician. Properly label and organize all removed parts to ensure accurate reassembly.
• Prepare work areas by cleaning vehicles before and after repairs, removing debris, sweeping floors, disposing of waste materials, and maintaining a safe and orderly workspace in compliance with shop safety standards.
• Organize and maintain the shop by returning tools and equipment to designated areas, managing parts storage, assisting with inventory organization, and keeping work bays clean and efficient.
• Assist technicians as needed with tasks such as sanding, masking, taping, moving vehicles, transporting parts, and supporting repair and refinishing processes. Follow instructions carefully to ensure quality and efficiency.

Be punctual, dependable, and able to work well as part of a team.
