Warehouse Supervisor

Join a Growing National BusinessRainbow Imports is a fast-growing Australian retail and distribution company supplying a wide range of home, fitness and lifestyle products across Australia.With operations and warehouses in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth, we continue to expand and are looking for a motivated and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead our Sydney warehouse team.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced warehouse professional who enjoys leading by example, improving processes and contributing to a growing business. About the RoleReporting directly to management, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of our Sydney warehouse and supporting a small warehouse team to ensure efficient and accurate operations.Your responsibilities will include:

• Supervising daily warehouse activities and workflow
• Allocating tasks and supporting warehouse staff
• Coordinating inbound and outbound shipments
• Monitoring order fulfilment and dispatch performance
• Receiving, checking and organising stock
• Maintaining inventory accuracy and participating in stocktakes
• Ensuring warehouse cleanliness, safety and organisation
• Training and supporting new team members
• Identifying opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency and processes
• Assisting with warehouse duties as required

About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a Warehouse Supervisor, Team Leader or similar role
• Current LF Forklift Licence
• Full Australian working rights
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Good organisational and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with inventory management and stock control
• Intermediate computer skills (Excel and warehouse systems)
• A hands-on attitude and willingness to lead from the front
• Reliable, self-motivated and detail-oriented approach
