We are looking for a creative and data-driven Email Marketing Specialist to develop and optimize email campaigns that drive customer engagement, retention, and growth. Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns across the customer lifecycle.
• Build and manage automated email journeys and drip campaigns.
• Segment audiences and personalize campaigns based on customer data.
• Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
• Monitor campaign metrics and provide insights for optimization.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Design teams on integrated campaigns.
• Maintain CRM data and ensure compliance with Australian privacy and anti-spam regulations.

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in email or digital marketing, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment.
• Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Customer.io, or Braze.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.

Preferred:

• Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics and email performance reporting.
• Basic HTML/CSS skills for email templates.
