Looking for candidate who has truly done the test architect role not QA manager role. This
position will be regarded very highly here. Must have the ability to lay out overall test strategy and be
able to drive the execution. Must have the ability to communicate and present his ideas and solutions to
multiple strong stake holders here such as principal Engineers and executive level leaders from product,
technology, and business. So, we really need experienced resource who has actually done the test
architect job.

I was looking for information like which company or what kind of application he was hired as test
architect, how long did he work there and what did he do as an architect there. We can always interview
and find more but resume and description don t stand out. Given the size & complexity of our
application and the setup we have we need person who has truly done the test architect role not QA
manager role or lead role. Did anyone at your end interview this candidate and can provide more solid
attestation on this candidate on his test architect role and whether or not he can provide value to us ? If
not let s skip him and find someone who is currently doing the test architect role on a more complex
and huge application setup like ours.
Candidate does have technical skills listed and does match with what we are looking for to a greater
extent. However, Resume does not have summary of which company he played the test architect role,
when did he do that, and what did he do there as an architect. If you can get this summary that would
be great.
