The clinic is owned by a former Physical Therapist and physician liaison who brings a unique blend of clinical insight, relationship-driven marketing expertise, and a deep understanding of what clinicians need to thrive. Having worked closely with both providers and referral partners, he values open communication, transparency, and collaboration, and is highly invested in creating a supportive environment where clinicians are heard, respected, and set up for long-term success. His leadership style emphasizes trust, autonomy, and shared growth—making this an ideal setting for PTs who want both professional fulfillment and a strong partnership with ownership.

Your Role

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver high-quality outpatient physical therapy with a patient-first mindset
• Help establish clinic culture and patient experience expectations
• Opportunity to assume supervisory or leadership responsibilities as the clinic grows

What We’re Looking For

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program with at least 6 months of experience
• Active Texas PT license or ability to obtain one
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, proactive mindset
• Interest in outpatient orthopedics, geriatrics, or pediatric specialty is a plus
• Leadership interest is a plus, but not required
