As a Senior Maintenance Technician, you’ll be the problem-solver in the field, ensuring that highly complex machines operate reliably at all times. The RoleAs allround Maintenance Technician, you will be at the heart of maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing advanced automation equipment and machinery. You’ll work on our customer's site, diagnose and resolve technical issues, and ensure smooth operation of high-tech machinery. Beyond fixing problems, you’ll be contributing to long-term reliability by implementing preventive maintenance and advising customers on performance improvements.
In this role, you’ll:

• Perform testing, troubleshooting, corrective maintenance, and repair of complex machinery;
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical-related breakdowns and resolve them on-site;
• Play a key role in ensuring production uptime at all times, focussing on preventive maintenance and quality improvements;

This is You

• At least 5+ years experience hands-on experience with servicing machinery, automation systems, or industrial equipment;
• A completed technical education in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is a strong plus;
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently in dynamic environments;
• Communication skills in English;
• A drive to deliver solutions under time pressure;
• Proactive, flexible, and eager to continuously expand your technical knowledge;

• A competitive salary between EUR 3.200-4.000 base salary depending on experience + 30% shift allowance to compensate a 5 shift work system.
