Early Childhood Educator Assistant

We are looking for an Early Childhood Educator, or an ECEA with experience to join our team in Duncan. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and working with young children, as well as a strong understanding of child development and learning. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing engaging lesson plans, managing classroom behavior, and providing individualized instruction to meet the needs of each student. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is committed to fostering a positive learning environment for our students. We can offer PNP to the right candidate after 3 months probation has been satisfied.Responsibilities:

• Create a safe and nurturing environment for children.
• Develop age-appropriate activities and lesson plans to engage children.
• Observe and document children's progress.
• Provide guidance to children in their social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
• Encourage creativity and positive self-expression.
• Communicate with parents about their child's progress.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom.
