• Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via email, phone, and live chat.
• Help customers with orders, subscriptions, deliveries, and product questions.
• Investigate and resolve customer issues efficiently, always aiming to provide an outstanding experience.
• Process refunds, exchanges, account updates, and other customer requests accurately.
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions using our CRM and internal systems.
• Work closely with the operations and fulfilment teams to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction.
• Identify recurring customer problems and suggest improvements to our products, processes, or service.
• Stay up to date with our products, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information.

What we're looking for

• Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not essential—we value attitude and willingness to learn.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently.
• Experience using CRM or customer support software is a bonus, but we'll provide training.
