Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to transform complex datasets into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, advanced proficiency in data visualization and statistical techniques, and the ability to collaborate across business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Collection & Management
• • Gather, clean, and validate large datasets from multiple sources (databases, APIs, cloud platforms)
  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across systems
  • Work with relational and non-relational databases (SQL, NoSQL)
• Analysis & Insights
• • Perform advanced statistical analysis, trend forecasting, and predictive modeling
  • Identify patterns, correlations, and anomalies in large datasets
  • Translate data findings into clear business recommendations
• Visualization & Reporting
• • Design interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or Looker
  • Present insights to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and storytelling
  • Automate reporting processes for efficiency and scalability
• Collaboration
• • Partner with business units, product managers, and engineers to define KPIs and metrics
  • Support data-driven decision-making across marketing, finance, operations, and product teams
  • Mentor junior analysts and enforce best practices in data analysis
• Advanced Analytics
• Apply machine learning techniques for classification, clustering, and regression tasks
• Conduct A/B testing and experiment design for product and marketing initiatives
• Work with big data tools (Spark, Hadoop) for large-scale analysis

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field
• Experience: 7+ years in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics roles
• Technical Expertise:
• • Strong SQL skills for querying and data manipulation
  • Proficiency in Python or R for statistical analysis and modeling
  • Expertise in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Looker)
  • Knowledge of Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros)
  • Familiarity with cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
  • Understanding of ETL processes and data pipelines

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects

Certifications

Core / Must-Have

• Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate (PL-300)
• Tableau Desktop Specialist / Tableau Certified Data Analyst
• Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate

Preferred Advanced Certifications

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Scientist Associate (DP-100)
• AWS Certified Data Analytics – Specialty

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
