About the Role

• Perform structural pulls using Car-O-Liner or similar systems
• Carry out advanced panel bonding, spot welding (Mig/Tig), and sectioning
• Work on EV and hybrid body structures where required
• Repair ADAS-equipped vehicles with precision
• Strip and refit mechanical/electrical components related to body repairs
• Follow OEM repair methods and Australian industry standards

Requirements

• Karosserie- und Fahrzeugbaumechaniker/in
• 3–5 years’ experience in German bodyshops (insurance repair preferred)
• Strong structural, welding, and alignment skills
• Experience with modern crash structures and repair technologies
• Ability to follow written repair methods accurately
• Functional English, relocation readiness, and visa eligibility (age limit under 31 yrs old)
