• Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Consult with clients to understand their grooming preferences and provide professional recommendations based on their hair type and desired style.
• Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximise client satisfaction and minimise wait times.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in barbering or hair styling is essential, with relevant qualifications or certifications preferred.
• Strong customer service skills, demonstrating the ability to communicate effectively in English with clients of diverse backgrounds.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for the art of grooming.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
