Role Overview We are seeking a Center Manager (Case Manager) to lead operations at a large national rehabilitation clinic. This role is responsible for overseeing daily clinic functions, ensuring high-quality patient care, and managing clinical and administrative teams. Key ResponsibilitiesManagement & OperationsFoster a positive team environment to optimize retention and job satisfaction.
Manage employee relations, ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Develop and implement center-specific strategic plans, including marketing and sales efforts to increase referrals.
Oversee financial performance, including fiscal budgets, profitability, and expense management.
Maintain strong relationships with physicians, payers, and external stakeholders.
Supervise Aide staff to ensure the highest quality customer service and efficient patient scheduling.
Ensure optimal caseload management and staff productivity.
Conduct staff orientation, training, and performance reviews.
Approve order requests and manage cost efficiencies.
Compliance & Quality AssuranceEnsure compliance with all state, federal, and company policies and regulations.
Maintain employee files, including licensure, certifications, and required medical documentation.
Participate in annual compliance meetings and quality improvement programs.
Conduct monthly staff meetings to educate and align teams with company updates.
Ensure center cleanliness, safety, and regulatory adherence.
Clinical & Patient CareAdhere to state practice acts for physical therapy or occupational therapy services.
Provide direct patient care, including evaluations, treatments, and ongoing assessments.
Document treatment plans and patient progress.
Maintain open communication with patients, families, and referring physicians.
Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
QualificationsRequired Skills & QualificationsEducation: Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy (PT) or Occupational Therapy (OT) program (CAPTE accredited or equivalent for international candidates).
Licensure: Active state licensure/registration where applicable.
Experience:
Previous experience in physical therapy or occupational therapy settings.
Proven management or supervisory experience.
Strong understanding of healthcare compliance, financial management, and operational efficiency.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows-based applications (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel).
