Responsibilities- Managing incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and directing enquiries appropriately
- Organising and maintaining files, records, and documentation to ensure easy retrieval
- Performing data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
- Assisting with scheduling appointments, meetings, and calendar management for team members
- Preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations as required
- Handling mail distribution and courier arrangements
- Supporting invoicing, billing, and basic bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks
- Providing general administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
Skills- Proven office experience with strong organisational skills
- Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
- Experience in data entry and clerical tasks with high attention to detail
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy
- Strong organisational abilities to prioritise tasks effectively
- Good phone etiquette with clear communication skills
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is desirable
- Previous administrative experience is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided where necessary
