OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll & HR Administrator to join our team! In this vital role, you will be the backbone of our Labour Management and human resources operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all related functions. This role involves managing multiple employees under the LMIA program. Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end payroll processing using systems such as TimeMasters & ADP, ensuring timely and accurate payments for all employees.
- Maintain and update employee records, including onboarding, terminations, and changes in employment status.
- Apply for and maintain records for the LMIA program.
- Assist with HR functions such as onboarding new hires, maintaining personnel files, and responding to employee inquiries regarding benefits or policies.
Requirements- Ability to speak & write in English & Spanish is a MUST
- Ability to perform detailed data entry accurately while handling sensitive information confidentially.
- Experience with applying for an LMIA
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel
