Bilingual Associate Attorney – Real Estate & Business Contracts

About the RoleWe are seeking a New York-licensed Associate Attorney to join our growing team. This role focuses on real estate transactions and business contract matters, supporting a strong and expanding client base.This is a hands-on, execution-focused position ideal for someone looking to gain practical experience and grow with the firm.Key Responsibilities

• Handle residential and commercial real estate transactions, including closings
• Draft, review, and negotiate purchase agreements, leases, and related documents
• Prepare and review business contracts and corporate documents
• Communicate with clients, agents, lenders, and third parties
• Support clients with practical legal needs across transactions
• Manage multiple matters efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• JD degree and active New York Bar admission (required)
• 0–3 years of relevant experience (real estate or contract experience preferred)
• Strong interest in real estate and transactional work
• Ability to handle tasks independently with attention to detail
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Fluency in both English and Chinese (Mandarin) is required
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. or eligible for H-1B sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications (Plus)

• Experience in trust and estate planning
• Experience with IRS audit representation or tax-related matters
• Exposure to real estate closing processes

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $55,000 – $75,000, based on experience
• Case-based commission (additional earnings tied to deal volume and closings)
