About the RoleWe are seeking a
New York-licensed Associate Attorney to join our growing team. This role focuses on
real estate transactions and business contract matters, supporting a strong and expanding client base.This is a
hands-on, execution-focused position ideal for someone looking to gain practical experience and grow with the firm.
Key Responsibilities- Handle residential and commercial real estate transactions, including closings
- Draft, review, and negotiate purchase agreements, leases, and related documents
- Prepare and review business contracts and corporate documents
- Communicate with clients, agents, lenders, and third parties
- Support clients with practical legal needs across transactions
- Manage multiple matters efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications- JD degree and active New York Bar admission (required)
- 0–3 years of relevant experience (real estate or contract experience preferred)
- Strong interest in real estate and transactional work
- Ability to handle tasks independently with attention to detail
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Fluency in both English and Chinese (Mandarin) is required
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. or eligible for H-1B sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications (Plus)- Experience in trust and estate planning
- Experience with IRS audit representation or tax-related matters
- Exposure to real estate closing processes
Compensation & Benefits- Salary range: $55,000 – $75,000, based on experience
- Case-based commission (additional earnings tied to deal volume and closings)
