Excellent Opportunity to join a well-recognized and rapidly growing 19-physician nephrology group in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex area. We are looking for well-trained BC/BE nephrologists who are personable, self-motivated and able to provide excellent clinical care for our patients to help grow our practice. We offer excellent benefits in addition to a competitive compensation package and a standard physician partnership after 2 years
Hiring Package Details: 

• Competitive base salary
• Comprehensive benefits, including 401k with 3% employer contribution
• 4 weeks PTO (increases to 6 weeks PTO after year 2) 
• Partnership at the end of 2 years of employment
• Panoramic equity grant at the end of 2 years of employment with opportunity to buy more
• CME annual allowance $2500

• Additional pay opportunity for internal locums 

  Schedule Details: 

• Create your own schedule, prioritizing patient care and flexible work-life balance
• Pod model of 3-4 physicians per pod to minimize travel 
• 1:4 or 1:3 weekend call (dependent upon your pod)
• Typical week consists of: office clinics, 2-4 dialysis shifts, cover assigned acute hospital
• Immediate patient base in a thriving community.

Ideal Candidate: 

• Motivated, compassionate physician 
• BC/BE in nephrology 
• Full medical license in Texas
