We are seeking a highly capable and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to lead our finance team, manage daily accounting operations, and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all financial reporting. This role requires strong leadership, rigorous attention to detail, and experience working with U.S. GAAP and public-company filing requirements.

Responsibilities Team Leadership & Workflow Management - Lead, train, and supervise the accounting team; assign tasks and ensure all work is completed accurately and on time.
- Establish and maintain accounting timelines, monthly close schedules, internal controls, and review procedures.
- Review and verify team members’ work, including journal entries, reconciliations, payables, receivables, and payroll processes.
Financial Reporting & SEC Compliance - Support preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements (10-Q and 10-K) in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
- Verify consistency and accuracy of all financial statements, including cross-checking reported numbers with historical filings, S-1 data, and footnotes.
- Coordinate directly with external auditors; prepare audit schedules and ensure timely responses to audit requests to guarantee on-time SEC filing.
- Assist CFO in ensuring completeness and accuracy of all disclosures, supporting schedules, and tie-outs.
Accounting Operations - Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including revenue recognition, deferred revenue reconciliation, expense accruals, bank reconciliations, general ledger maintenance, and monthly close.
- Ensure accurate QuickBooks records; manage 1099/W-2 payroll data, credit card reconciliations, and vendor payments.
- Strengthen internal accounting procedures and improve workflow efficiency.
Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
- Minimum 4–6 years of accounting experience, preferably in a public company or audit firm.
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting (10-Q/10-K).
- Experience supervising accounting staff and reviewing team members’ work.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and advanced Excel (VLOOKUP/Pivot Table).
- Highly detail-oriented, accountable, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Strong bilingual communication skills in Mandarin and English.
