• Proven experience in a Chef or Line Cook role.
• Skilled in working with tools and kitchen equipment.
• Proven knowledge of food health and safety precautions.
• Leadership ability.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Great prioritisation and time management ability.
• Exceptional teamwork skills.
• A degree in the culinary field is preferred
