We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in food preparation and cooking, ensuring that every dish meets our standards for taste and presentation. Duties

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
• Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
• Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service
• Participate in menu planning and development as needed

Skills

• Proficient in food preparation techniques and cooking methods
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
• Experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment preferred
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality standards
• Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues
• Familiarity with meal preparation and serving techniques
• A passion for the food industry and commitment to continuous learning

Positions Available

• Line Cook (3) – Full-time, starting at $21/hr (up to $23/hr with 2yrs experience & fish-cutting skills)
