Our menu celebrates the diverse flavours of Italy, paired with an exceptional wine list featuring Italian varietals, alongside standout selections from France, New Zealand, and Australia. We’re seeking experienced Sommeliers to join our opening team in what will be a bustling 350-capacity venue. With a la carte service, group bookings, and special events, we need professionals who thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environments while delivering exceptional guest experiences. - Essential RequirementsFull Australian working rights
- Current NSW RSA Certificate
- Fluent in English
- Minimum 12-36 months of experience as a Sommelier
- Strong food and wine pairing knowledge
- Ability to stay cool under pressure
- Excellent attention to detail and grooming standards
- Preferred ExtrasFormal hospitality studies completed
- Italian language skills are a bonus
