Both individuals will work together to ensure smooth business operations, maintain high service standards, and deliver a positive guest experience. This is a hands-on role requiring strong organisational skills, customer service ability, and operational management. Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day motel operations including front desk, reservations, and housekeeping coordination. Handle guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently and professionally. Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest complaints in a timely manner. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and overall property condition. Monitor room availability and manage bookings through online and offline systems. Oversee maintenance requirements and coordinate repairs when necessary. Manage financial tasks including basic accounting, cash handling, and expense tracking. Supervise and support staff where applicable, including training and rostering. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and local regulatory requirements. Skills and Requirements:Minimum 2 years of experience in motel, hotel, or hospitality management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays. Basic computer skills and familiarity with booking systems preferred. Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
