This is an exciting Full time/Part-time opportunity for someone with strong administration skills who is experienced at building relationships, and looking for a role to grow and further develop in Talent Acquisition.

The Talent Acquisition Assistant will support the Talent Acquisition Specialist through end-to-end recruitment processes to assist with the expansion of our Allied Health and Administration team. You will work alongside the Talent Acquisition Specialist to coordinate recruitment activities and develop strategies to ensure we attract the right staff to secure the future growth and success of Encara.

The Role

• Drafting, advertising, and posting on various job boards.
• Screening applications, scheduling interviews, and completing reference checks.
• Sourcing candidates on Seek Talent Search and database.
• Manage the onboarding and other documentation involved in setting up new employees in accordance with procedures.
• Organising, updating, and maintaining employee files in a confidential manner across multiple platforms in accordance with Encara policy and legislation.
• Coordination of required documentation for visa sponsorship including coordination of payment timings.
• Organising sponsorship/marketing and attendance at conferences and fairs.
• General administration requirements to support the People and Talent Team.
• Back up for annual leave / sick leave in the People and Talent team.
• All other ad hoc duties.

Preferred Skills And Experience

The ideal candidate must be a friendly, team-oriented individual with exceptional communication skills. They must work quickly and accurately within established guidelines while building and maintaining solid relationships with colleagues and candidates. The candidate should have a customer-centric approach, be detail-oriented, and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
