Main job responsibilitiesPromote and maintain high Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards on construction sites.Ensure compliance with New Zealand health and safety legislation and Hawkins/Downer Zero Harm policies.Conduct site inspections, audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.Coach project teams, subcontractors, and managers on safe work practices.Prepare safety reports, records, and compliance documentation.Support national safety initiatives and continuous improvement programs.Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions.Build a strong safety culture across project teams.Pay: From $9,170.00 per monthBenefits:
