Job Description:
Are you passionate about fashion and sportswear? A leading sports retail brand is looking for French-speaking customer service talent to join its Lisbon team. You will be responsible for assisting customers, solving their inquiries, and ensuring their satisfaction while representing a high-quality global brand. Your responsibilities and impact as a Sports Retail Customer Service Agent will be:
  • Guiding and advising customers across different channels (phone, email, social media)
  • Providing accurate and professional answers to customer questions and concerns
  • Identifying new business opportunities through cross-selling and up-selling
  • Troubleshooting customer issues calmly and effectively to enhance their shopping experience
  • Collaborating with internal departments to escalate and resolve complex cases

Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:
  • Native level of French and at least B2 level of English
  • Understanding of the importance of customer experience
  • Strong listening, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Energetic, innovative, and proactive in problem-solving
  • Enthusiasm for intercultural communication and expatriate life
  • Already living in or willing to relocate to Lisbon for an international career

What’s in it for you?

  • Working hours: Full-time, 40h/week, rotating shifts Monday to Saturday, 7 am – 10 pm
