Manager

Main Duties and Responsibilities:The manager is responsible for appointing staff, allocating duties, and monitoring and reviewing staff performance. Liaises with other staff to provide customers with information regarding products, promotions, offers, and services. The manager is responsible for ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained and overseeing efficient stock control and inventory management procedures. Handles customer complaints and queries regarding sales and services appropriately. Oversees the maintenance of financial and operational records and ensures appropriate security arrangements are maintained for the premises. Examines the quality of merchandise and ensures effective promotional activities are carried out.Pay: £31,100.00-£41,800.00 per yearBenefits:
