Job Description:
We are seeking a results-driven Marketing & Lead Generation Coordinator to plan, execute, and optimise campaigns that generate high-quality leads and support business growth for our packaging manufacturing business.This role has been aligned to the ANZSCO occupation of Marketing Specialist (225113) and includes strategic and analytical responsibilities consistent with this classification.Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital platforms
  • Design and manage lead generation strategies, including funnels, landing pages, and automation workflows
  • Analyse campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and growth opportunities
  • Develop and manage content across websites, social media, and email marketing
  • Oversee SEO/SEM strategies to improve search rankings and online visibility
  • Maintain CRM systems and ensure accurate tracking of leads and conversion metrics
  • Coordinate marketing initiatives such as events, webinars, and promotions
  • Collaborate with leadership to align marketing strategies with business objectives

Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor degree (or higher) in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience in marketing or lead generation
  • Demonstrated experience in digital marketing tools (e.g. HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, CRM platforms)
  • Strong understanding of customer acquisition strategies and marketing analytics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to interpret data and provide strategic recommendations
