Position Facilities Operations & Business Development Manager This role combines operational management, client relationship management, business development, and facilities coordination. Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day facilities maintenance operations.
  • Coordinate contractors, maintenance teams, and service providers.
  • Manage client relationships and service delivery standards.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities.
  • Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Prepare operational reports and performance reviews.
  • Support strategic growth and business expansion plans.
  • Assist with budgeting and resource planning.

Essential Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Previous experience in facilities management, property management, operations management, construction, engineering, or business administration.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good IT skills including Microsoft Office.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Ability to meet UK visa eligibility requirements.
